The Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner (FCPP) Update course is designed for individuals who already possess the FCPP designation. The three-day (24-hour) course provides new and updated information on electronic technology, various crime prevention programs to include, but not limited to; telemarketing, cyber crimes, transient criminals, and other relevant topics. The course provides a share session, which gives participants the opportunity to present new and innovative programs or challenges they have encountered in their communities. In addition, on-site security tours are provided of either commercial or residential facilities. The course content continually evolves during the year to ensure attendees receive the most updated crime prevention information.
*This course fulfills the renewal requirements for the Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner designation.
