Course Description:
This three-day course is designed for SROs and School Administrators in a collaborative effort to assess student threats through body language, handwriting analysis and cyber-bullying. Participants will delve into the student’s computer world of YOUTUBE, FaceBook, and MySpace and their potential vulnerability. What do you do with a crime scene on campus? There is a specific role for the SRO and the School Administrator. This block of instruction will discuss the risk of crime scene contamination and techniques used for the preservation and collection of evidence. Roles and responsibilities of each person will be defined in the management of a school crime scene.
