You may register for an FCPTI course of instruction as described below.

|
You may register for an FCPTI course by faxing a completed FCPTI Course Registration Form to the FCPTI Registrar at:

You will receive written confirmation of your request for course registration.

Payments
|
FCPTI must receive payment prior to the start date of the course, unless prior arrangements have been made. Tuition payments can be made by check, money order, journal transfer, or purchase order and mailed to:
